Can I screen negative reviews before they are posted?

You can:

1. Screen all reviews before deciding to publish them on our website
2. Respond to negative reviews and show off your superior customer service skills
3. Have only the best reviews from SurveyLocal automatically display on your website or Facebook page as testimonials

You cannot:

1. Filter out negative reviews from your SurveyLocal Score. You can choose to post all or none of your feedback on SurveyLocal over a 3 month time period. People come to our site to see unbiased feedback from everyday customers so this is not the place for testimonials.
